Belt for Auto Helm

I need a new belt for my Navco WP4000 Wheel Pilot. It's a Gates Power Grip 580XL050.I ordered what West Marine said was the last in existence and it's about 3 inches short. It could work but I have to take the wheel off to get the belt on. does anyone have any experience hunting down this belt? Thanks. jr

I'd try auto supply houses

they usually have a variety of belts. After that, Google Gates belts.
