Ric - I drew up the rollers and mocked up the entire setup from 6mm (1/4 inch) scrap plywood I had laying around. This allowed me to get the exact hole placement to match the existing hull to deck joints and the forward guides. It also allowed me to match the forward Vega profile. Once the rig was fabricated from 316SS, I enlisted the help of a friend and bent my arm in unnatural ways to attach everything. I sized up the existing mounting holes.
The entire setup extends over the lip inboard about 1-1.5 inches. We've found that this makes an excellent handhold (as all the edges are rounded off) and foot brace. I did some preliminary load calculations based on a 90 degree pull, estimating the amount of drag the Vega might have in 100kt winds (I might still have that drawing somewhere.) Based on my limited skills, I think the forward quarter of the boat would rip apart before there would be any bend or damage to the bow roller.
Unfortunately, since it was all made from a mock up, I don't have the drawings. I could check with the machine shop that fabricated them for me and see if they still have them...or I could put you in touch and get you a quote. I don't think they would be cheap...my guess is about 700-1000 USD.
