We use battery powered fans and sunscreens bow and amidships. The fans run about a week on 2 D-cells and the sunscreens drop the cabin temp by about 10 degrees. Not a "while sailing" solution however but then you have the wind in that case and a hand pump spray bottle of water is great.

Then there is that rather large pool of water that surrounds the boat that is usually below body temp.

Was reading the description but became very skeptic when it said to snap three times to activate the cooling technology; was kind of anticipating I had to say Abra Cadabra after that. I have found that in hot and humid weather the best personal cooling gadget is a fan. It may also work in your favor if you choose a point of sail going upwind. The water temperature should be 20 degrees cooler than the ambient temperature so going upwind will provide a cooling breeze. We have actually stopped the boat to take a dip and cool off before continuing.
