Hey gang....I was perusing the yachtworld website last night and you won't believe what I found. Click on the link below, hope it works. Please let me know what your thought are. My husband thinks that if you get caught with a rogue wave it would rip this right off the transom. Here's the link.

See Related Link for the "BBQ deck". Don't know, maybe it is stronger than it looks. :)

Looks like a swim platform to me

And that's what the specs call it. Mounted a little higher than most for ease of getting on and off from the cockpit and considerably wider...I suspect the seller may be a diver. Looks at least as sturdy as any other teak swim platform...in fact, sturdier than most.

Too high

Can you imagine trying to get up on that thing from the water? Many build decks on there houses...maybe this will start a new trend....

If you look VERY carefully...

You'll see a ladder. Can't tell from the photo whether it slides or folds...or whether there's any more of it. Or, there may be another stow away ladder that hangs on the bottom rung. It's a lot wider than the normal swim ladder, which backs up my suspicion that the whole thing was designed to accomdate dive tanks and gear. According to the specs, it was custom built.

Also, you will notice...

...that there are no lifelines. It has rails! All the way around. And, I think it has a drop-down ladder off the aft of the platform while the loop under the platform is used as a "stopper" for the drop-down ladder.
