Recently returned from the BVI....Chartered a Bavaria 33 that had significant steering issues... do you know, or can you possibly find out...how many revolutions does the steering turn, lock to lock, on a Bavaria 33 Sailing Yacht in order to efficiently move the rudder to its max degree 40-45 from one side to the other?

Steering Lock to Lock
On my 2005 Bavaria 36 it is 540 degrees from lock to lock. Or another way to describe it is from the rudder amidships, you turn the wheel 270 degrees to reach a stop (3/4 of a full turn).
