I am considering a larger house battery for my 340 , a Surrette 375 amp/hr (sold as Rolls Battery in the US), and it won't fit in the quarter locker. It will fit in between the fuel tank and the waste tank, behind the aft bulk head. I am a bit concerned about placing a battery next to the fuel tank. Has anyone else used this space for batteries?
