Battery charger for Watkins 29

We have had a 1986 Watkins 29 for a couple of years on a mooring. Never had a problem with dead batteries in-between uses. This year we have the boat in a slip and have it plugged into the shore power. I have crawled all over this boat looking for a battery charger & can't find one. Is the only way to charge the batteries by running the engine?

If the area is quiet, you can probably hear it running if your other gadgets are turned off.
