Bought a used Zodiac center console with 40hp O/B. It will sit for several weeks during the winter. Will one of those small solar chargers keep the start battery charged? Otherwise I'll have to either run an extension cord from my H376 and buy a small 110v charger to keep the battery topped off. Thanks. Bob

Why not take it out?
See if you can remove it and keep it somewhere safe and warm. Test it periodically (once a month) and put it on a charger when necessary.

Yes a small solar cell will keep up the charge. Make sure it has a blocking diode in it. A small automatic battery maintainer will also do th trick. However, Paul has the best idea take the battery inside.
