We removed the batteries from our Hunter 30 for the winter.
Now looking for a diagram for re-wiring our 3 12v battery setup.

That's pretty hard to do without knowing your switching. That is do you have a selector that has 1 or 2 or both? More than likely you do and 2 batteries are connected together for the house bank and 1 for the starter. You could hook up one battery and see if it turns the engine over then you would know that switch position is your start position. I'm sure others will pipe in with better ideas.

It all depends on how it's wired. Most folks have the alternator output (AO) going to the C post of the 1-2-B switch. If you want to improve on that, try these:
