Basic Head Operations

I am having trouble finding detailed information on how to use/operate/maintain the head in the 1972 Catalina 22 I recently purchased. I am assuming it is stock and doubt it has been used for 5-7 years.

Could anyone give me general information on how it works, how to set it up, regular maintenance, etc?

look for a manufacturer's name

on the unit. Does it have a holding tank? Are there levers and a pump handle? It could be a "porta-potti" which is self contained,

or it could be a permantnently installed commercial model such as this inexpensive type.
