Barometer repair

I found a real nice Schatz Barometer, brass, in great shape, in one of my scavenging trips at the boat yard
Tried to remove screws at the back to clean, but then the needles came loose and I want to have it set right again
Does anyone know who fixes these things?
As I said, it is a great looking one
It only apears the screws need to line up at the back, but I do not know how to remove the back part and separate it from the face
Any help will be great!

Unscrew the front face

On mine the screw in the back hold the guts to the case. The front face unscrews to allow access to the innards. Like a camera filter
