The most promising help all directed me to The Australian Yacht Winch Company. http://www.arco-winches.com or e-mail winches@attglobal.net However, after reading the archives, it would appear that most people had no or very poor response from them. Take heart as I received a responsr from them in three days! It now looks like they're back in business.
