Hayden out of OC MD

I'm going to be in Baltimore MD tomorrow and have about 5 hours to kill. I'm looking for my next (and hopefully last) sailboat. Can anyone direct me to marinas or Boat Brokers (sailboat) in the Baltimore area. I've been to Tidewater in havre deGrace several times. Thanks Hayden

brokers

Jim Elliot at Gratitude Yacht Sales in Rock Hall, Md. was a pleasure to deal with. Extremely honest and very helpful, kind, never any pressure,(hands you the keys to all boats and leaves you alone until you have have questions).

Scott, He was asking about Baltimore

with about 5 hours to kill. Rock Hall is across the bay. On the other hand Jim Elliot was working for Tidewater in Havre de Grace when we Bought Bietzpadlin. There is a Tidewater in Baltimore or is it Annapolis?

Tidewater in Baltimore

Tidewater also has a marina in Baltimore. Although their website only lists Havre De' Grace & Annapolis I know of the Baltimore site as I've been there. It's on the other side of the river where the cruise ships come in. I'm afraid I cannot remember the street address. Call one of their other offices for inof and directions. As for brokers in Baltimore, there are several. If you're looking at marinas as well there are several from Inner Harbor out to the Mariner Bank building on Boston Street.

Drive down to Annapolis

It will only take about 30-40 minutes for the drive and then you have many brokers and many boats to chose from. Have fun.

Try Great Blue Yachts

Try Tony Tumas at Great Blue Yachts http://www.greatblueyachts.com/ He sold for Tidewater for many years and within the last couple of years went out on his own. He's located at Tidewater's Baltimore facility and is a knowledgeable guy with a lot of experience and a good reputation. If he doesn;t have what you want he can still act as a broker for you. BTW what are you looking for? Mike

MD Marina

I have bought several boats from Maryland Marina in Middle River. They have always been good to me. Usually have quite a few boats for sale in the 22-38 range. They are about 20 min drive from downtown Baltimore.
