If any one has this information, I would be very appreciative. I am looking at several Beneteau 1st 38s.Aprox.1984 vintage. I would like to know if the Decks and Hulls have balsa or other coring or are solid laid-up glass? And if there is Balsa Coring in the hull, does it extend beow the water line? Does anyone have experience in how well the hull/deck hold up? How costly are repairs? Any other structural issues a buyer should know of? Thanks
