Balmar Smart Guage problem

I installed a Balmar Smart Guage a couple of years ago and it worked fine until today. The primary battery still works fine and displays the voltage and SoC as expected. The problem is with the second battery which now displays “lo” all the time despite the voltage being 14.4v when measured across the terminals with a volt meter. The system is 12v flood and I have checked all the connections from the batteries to the guage. I would be grateful of suggestions as to what to try next.

Thanks
Tim

Start by tracing the wire which should be fused at the battery. Make sure it's clean and check the backside of the smart gage that the wire is properly plugged into it. At least that is what I would do. Good luck!

Thanks Bob
I did a more thorough check and found that the wire on the inline fuse holder had come loose. All is good now.
