ballast on a 26' "outlaw"

My hull #15 has the lead ballast bolted on from the outside rather than encapsulated inside. Were all Outlaws made this way? Also---my hull/deck joint is glassed in from inside. How 'bout the others? Any comment will be well appreciated. Thanks, mike

As far as I know, all the OUTLAWs were built at the same Canadian Factory, so I'd assume that all had the ballast bolted on. Perhaps an OUTLAW owner could chime it?
I don't know enough about the OUTLAW to know is all had the hull-deck seam glassed over at the factory.
