My wife tried baking brownies in the Force 10 oven that is in our Hunter 41DS. She used a glass 9x13 pyrex dish. First it cooked the back edge by the flame, so she tried turning it several times. The center never did get done. the edges burned. She ended up scooping out the part that wasn't burned and tried using a rubber 8" square baking dish pan (we don't know what it is called). She continued cooking it and turning it. It came out better.
