I isolated a bad ground between the deck and the bilge that I need to replace. It's part of a 4-wire harness that feeds the mast lights and travels through the compression post. How do I remove the old harness? Do I simply dig out the gook on the deck where the harness/plug is exposed, or is there magic to this task? -B
