Backstay pully

[HERSH]

The sheave is shot on my backstay block--- anybody know where to get a replacement ?



Says FICO on the frame but I think Ronstan purchased them.

I have to replace the cable too.

Catalina Direct wants $79 for a Harken 308 Other sites around $75.

Sailcare has Viadina metal blocks which range from $15 to $20.

A couple of thoughts...
- use a regular block and spectra line
- repair the sheave by drilling out the mangled center and fitting a bronze bushing
- do both and cascade the back stay for double the power

That idea came to me.
That one didn't. But I like it.
