Really hard to see what you are talking about…the photo appears to be of a piece of SS tubing…which Doesn’t seem to be a part of the wheel.
In the background, it appears you have a Raymarine wheel pilot autopilot drive attached to the wheel. Is that correct?
Is that the part you need?
We probably need better photos if anyone is going to be able to provide any assistance.

Wheels are generally one piece, so I'm with Greg in being unsure of what you are looking for.
