B43 Bow thruster

I have a 2008 B43 with a max power tunnel thruster. The unit turns on & off without issue, but I can only get the green button to work the thruster, the red button is very intermittent. I do not think it is the buttons since it does turn on & off, Any ideas?

99% of all intermittent electrical issues are the connections.

I have checked all the wires, now the port side will not work at all

Separate the connections, use contact spray and dielectric grease on all of the connectors.
