Hi All,
I am thinking of adding a 170 drifter for light air on my b361. I'd like to put it on a furler and am looking for anyone who has had experience with
1 - light air sales on the b361, I am already familiar with using an asymmetrical with and without a sock but am looking toward a drifter, gennaker, code etc and any experience out there these sails.
2- the profurl ec 1500 or the selden cx 15 for light sails. These are furlers where you attach an upper swivel and lower drum direct to a specialty rope sewn into the luff of the sail. Any info on the top down asym furlers would be helpful too. Especially from anyone who has installed or considered installing one of these on the 361 or similar boat. Did you need to install a sprit in order for it to run properly or can it be run inside the pulpit?
Thanks,
Randy
