Hello sailors, any B&G instrument know-how out there?

I have a B&G network on my sailboat and the anemometer is a wireless one, model WS320. Not displaying any wind data anymore. Context: Unit was working fine and last month one day there was no tws, twa, aws, awa on my displays -all else like depth, boat speed, heading are still working normally-. The next day it worked again and a few days later stopped displaying data again and never worked for the last 3+ weeks. As first step, I ordered a new battery for WS320 and climbed the mast and brought it down and replaced the battery. I powered off instruments-> powered them back on-> in 30 secs. I connected the battery to the WS320 unit but WS320 unit is not showing wind data.

I wrote to B&G support but no reply so far...

Anyone knows about these things or any recommendations where to get help?

Try a hard reset on the system, sometimes called a factory reset or something like that.

Another place to try for information besides B&G support is the B&G Facebook group.

Just having a similar problem. On your Triton2 display or other B&G NMEA 2000 instrument go to settings/system/network/Device List. Is the WS320 shown there as a device connected to the network? This is an indicator of whether the wind's base station is connected/operating. No work on the masthead unit will help if the Bluetooth base station is offline.
