B 311 Swing keel - Where can I find this part?

Own a Beneteau 311 with the original swing keel mechanism. The thread on the tip of the winch rod that makes the keel go up and down is gone. It appears that Benteau USA does not sale the part anymore. What they have is a complete new system that costs some $2,600 dollars. The tip of the rod, similar to Part 100 in the attached photo of the mechanism of the 323, used to cost $110 dollars. I know that i can haul out the boat and get a machine shop to make a new one, but hauling where I live would cots me about $700. Any ideas of where can I find that part?

The keel of my First 260 uses a very similar mechanism. When I replaced the whole thing one year, I had a diver go under to unhook it from the keel. Any chance you can do that?
