My new-to-me H40.5 was awlgripped last year and I'd like to keep it as good as it currently looks for as long as possible. Never having had a painted boat before, I was wondering if anyone out there has any knowledge or experience in using the U.S. Paint products intended for maintenance such as Awl-Care. As I understand it, this is an acrylic as opposed to a wax and therefore could peel rather than simply wear off as a traditional wax would. Anyone had any good experience with maintaining Awlgrip?
