Take a look at the Simrad WP30CX.

Bill: Take a look at the Simard WP30CX too. Easy installation and has more robust performance specs.

ST 4000

I have this unit on my h36 and it has performed very well. Not one problem with over 5 years of hard use. I am not sure I remember the layout of the 33 but on mine I mounted the compass as close to the centerline as possible on the low cabin divider just forward of the nav station.

Simrad 30 wheel pilot

I have just installed a WP 30 on an 80'h-33. I haven't completed all the alignments or interfaced with the GPS, however, the basic operation looks good and it has plenty of torque to handle the weather helm when that becomes an issue. WindSong balances well in medium air, so gain and sea state may be set low, this gives the auto pilot a break.

Control unit

I mounted this unit on my 82' 33 on the port side in a fashion that is similar to where tachomiter and key is on the starboard side. The unit works very well and I had it for a long time. Just a note-- removing the wheel was a real pain. I needed to buy a hub puller to get it off. Good luck
