Automatic bilge pump

I've been advised to install one. Is this a big job? As anyone done this on an oday 26? The boat will be on a mooring so I'm guess it will have to be battery powered.

probably well advised to do so. Not a big project; you can find setup info on the net. One issue is to figure out if you have room for a pump near the low spot of your bilge. There are some low profile pumps available, too.
