ST1000
My C27 has had 8+ years good service from its Autohelm ST1000 (now made by Raytheon). The 2000 is a bit stronger, designed for boats up to 37 feet or so. I single hand a lot, so I use it all the time. Unless you really want the extra power and and its expense, go with the 1000. By the way, I am considering getting the wind vane module. Comments about performance from experienced users would be appreciated.
