Is that the lever on the ring that is mounted on the sailboat's wheel? I might have the gray plastic ring including the black lever. Phil

I believe I have a spare clutch lever with associated parts on on my boat, I also have a spare, new, wheel driver motor you might be interested in. if you can't find the part closer to your location, let me know. I'm on Vancouver Island, on the west coast of Canada.
I am replacing my complete Autohelm 4000 which has a defective fluxgate compass but is still good for parts. If I've got anything you can use let me know.

Raymarine doesn't support this product or offer parts anymore. I'm looking for someone who's got a unit they can't use anymore, or maybe their clutch lever is good, but other parts are kaput

That's right; I forgot that it is not supported anymore. If you are unable to locate the lever think about replacing the black drive wheel with the newer grey one. Its course keeping ability is superior.

I made a replacement lever when mine broke. I traced the old one on a piece of paper. Then with that as a pattern, I cut a new one with my saber saw out of a piece of 1/4" aluminum I scrounged from somewhere. Sand or file it smooth. Make sure the holes are located in the same orientation as the original....one hole through for the shaft and the other transverse (through the edge of the aluminum) that will line up with the flat on the shaft. I tapped the transverse hole to a 6-32 thread and installed a set screw on each side. Seems to be working...just don't tighten too much as those threads could strip.

The parts I have are the complete, used but working, wheel drive ring with fittings for a 5 spoke wheel which can be adapted for other wheels; a new spare drive motor; a new clutch lever; a new sprocket drive wheel; the original Installation and Operating Handbook.
The control box,with mounting plate, is inoperative (requires a new fluxgate) but may be repaired or used for parts.
I'm asking $300 USD for the whole package, plus approx. $40 USD for shipping.
