I just came across the following ad on Craig's list. I have no connection whatsoever with this business and, in fact, will be out of town during these days. However, I thought some of those who live in this area might be interested. I hope I am not out of line for posting this here. I am doing it purely because some fellow-sailors - especially do-it-yourselfers - might find some good deals here.

After 25 years in business, well known boat service and repair yard is closing for good. Holding a yard sale this Tuesday 11/14 through Sunday 11/19, 10am to 6pm every day. Everthing must go! Rock bottom prices for everything. No reasonable offer will be turned down! There is literally something for everyone. Crab pots, folding tables, tools, boats, trailers, oil changers, metal desk, test tank, hydraulic dynometer, special tools, anchors, shelving, used gearcases, rebuilt 460 engine, Panther jet, carts, lots of manuals, 4 drawer filing cabinets, some parts and accessories, outboard stands, welding trolley, tool carts etc, etc. Marine Service and Repair is located at 3250, Brickway Blvd, Santa Rosa. Take Airport Blvd on 101 north, go over freeway to 2nd light. Turn left on Brickway Blvd, go 4 blocks, 3250 is last building on left. Phone 707 758 7406. Don't miss it!!!!!!
