I had the same experience
My dealer also went under. As a matter of fact, Hunter took away my dealers licence before I took delivery of my H310. I had a lot of commishioning issues that the dealer either failed at(f-up), or just did not want to even do them.The boat was not finished when I was told to get it off their docks.My wife and I were not very happy when we left that dock, that day on our brand new boat. As a matter of fact, we were very angery as we sailed away.The Hunter Team made sure we got happy with our new boat.Hunter, in particular Greg Emerson and Jim Bohart took care of "all" of the commishioning and warrenty issues that we had.
