To the loyal readers, someone may be able to help. When I bought this electric head from West Martine the ad led me to believe it would take both a sea water pick up and a pressurized fresh water suply. The little plastic tab attached to the inside plumbing of the A5-12 sez its for sea water pick up only. Has anyone had any experience with using a fresh water pressurized supply ?? RD

Can't be done...
The Atlantes is available in either a sea water version or a pressurized water version, but you have to buy the pressurized water version...the sea water version cannot be converted to pressurized. In fact, NO sea water toilet can be converted to pressurized (or vice versa)...nor should ever be connected to the onboard fresh water system...it cannot be done without risk of e-coli contamination of the potable water supply, damage to the toilet, or both. So it sounds like you need to return it.

A512 is seawater flushing only - A5F12 is for connection to your onboard pressure water supply. Ya gotta order it the way you want it - it isn't economically feasible to convert it after you have it. Return it and raise hell with them! Tell them to learn a little bit more about what they're selling... before they sell it!
