ATF oil for M25 Huth transmission?

I have purchased all synthetic ATF Dexron VI, and wanted to make sure that it is OK to use with our 1985 Cat 30 with M25 and standard Huth transmission. Since Dexron II is no longer sold, and I am not sure I would use it, even if I find it. So is Dexron VI a good oil to use?

Yes. IIRC, there were two different ATF Dexrons last I purchased some a few years ago. One was VI and the other was VI backward compatible with older Dexrons. Just check the label.

I have been using the Amsoil version of synthetic ATF for several years now. Works fine for me.
1988 universal M25XP with Hurth trans.

I just used Mobile one ATF synthetic and was told it was great to use. Just dont overfill use the required amount to bring it to the line without screwing in the dip stick.
