What would be the appropriate size of an asymmetrical spinnaker for a 8.0 ("A" model I believe)?

I have a 1998 310 Hunter and would like to get an Asymmetrical Spinnaker. I would like to know, 1. How to messure up? 2. How to rig an Asymmetrical? 3. How to fly an Asymmetrical ? I am in Townsville Australia.
