I have recently purchased a 2001 Capri 16 and I was starting to look for upgrade item. Has anyone put a spinnaker on a Capri 16 or 18 and if so who made it and how did you like it. I have a quote from Airforce, the sail and ATN would be $540. Rig Dimensions: I: 19.00 J: 5.33 P: 19.42 E: 8.67 Boat Length: 16 - 20' Girth: 165% Sail Area: 142 Sq. Ft. Thanks, bobby

capri sponnaker

I have had very positive experience from sail brokers ( namely, Bacon and associates ). I just bought a spinn for my C22 for less than the price you say for yours, and it is in excellent condition . just fyi.

Thanks! for the response, when I checked there site the other day it was down. I read a positive report in my last issue of Practical sailor and did some surfing to the site they listed, I'll try the site again tonight.
