I just got a new lens for my Aquasig series 40 port & stbd running ltg. Does anybody know how the red/green plastic lens is held in the housing? I don't want to damage the housing and have to replace it. Thanks Took my zinc in and had it tested at a lab, it turned out that the rust was iron oxide and scale from the minerals in the water (Limestone bed in Lake).

I had the same issue with my series 25 lights. The two screws in the front hold the lens in as I remember. What I did was to go into a chandlery and open one of the boxes, look at how it's assembled, and carefully put the box back together again. Oh, and remember what you found...
