Hi all,

During the last upgrade to the iPad we lost Garmin BlueChart mobile that we bought in 2016.(no longer supported as of 2017) It was good to find Aqua Maps was similar and offered a bit more for a price. I bought the options with free upgrades forever on US charts and Bahamas charts. I also got the Master upgrade which overlays Active Captain, Waterway Guides, and ACofE on the charts. Looking at the ICW the color contours identify the latest changes by ACofE and comments from other boaters. Nice.

Apple products are going through a major change on file protocol and SMS pushing control. All done to prevent hacking.
The developers of the APPs should be catching up, although warned way in advance.
Aqua Maps appears to be a reliable APP developer.

PS: My iPad has gone thru 3 updates in 6 months. Most key apps slowly appeared as needing updates.

I suggest the Bob423 tracks for ICW too...However Aqua Map with USACE is a must have tool for cruising in ICW

We have found Aqua Maps very accurate for information and depths. I’ve also mastered using mostly all the features in short order.
