Came with my Catalina 34 and would love to see a pic of one rigged up or at least a description of proper use. I know the two stantions (pic) attach to the dinghy and tilts up onto transom. I have all related rigging and mounts on bottom of transom in place. Any help appreciated.

You are correct if you have never seen these. However anyone having used or seen them will immediately recognize them. Lots of blocks, line, cleats and brackets which could never be deciphered thru pics. I'm holding it all in my hands and still lost. As luck would have it....there's not a single marking anywhere identifying the manufacturer. Thx

Go to www.dinghy-tow.com. Had them on my last boat and would not use them again. Very quick to get the dinghy in the water but not good in rough or big seas.

Not exactly sure what you have. My boat came with Weaver Snap Davits for the hard dink. This is what it looks like in the stowed position.
