I ordered a compass from them a few weeks ago and had no problem. In fact when asking questions about the base size of the compass they were the first to answer.
I'd like to find out how the "new and improved" Sailnet resolved, or ignored, the issues with customers who had stuff on order when it went under. Until I know how those issues were handled, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
I purchased a small item first off , that was their trial , their service was impeccable ! I have since spent $1500.00 more and more of the same , fast shipping , and specifically what I purchased . And the best price . YMMV
