Anyone replaced a foam backed hull liner?

I have a hull deck joint leak and a damaged hull liner in my aft stateroom. Looking to replace this beige foam backed material. Any suggestions on sourcing and how to remove the old liner and install the new one?

I did one in our 29.5. It came out pretty easy since the water had pretty much rotted the foam. Used scrapers and a Soft wire brush to get all the old residue off the hull. We got the liner from Sailrite. We used a spray adhesive I had left over from doing a car head liner. Make sure you dry fit good, I found a plastic putty knife worked well pushing it up under the headliner. Not too bad of a job. Good luck.
