Anyone Race a First 375

Just purchased a 1986 First 375. The boat sails well and has a decent set of racing sails. Does any one know what the PHRF rating is?

I also need to replace the fresh water bladder tanks. Anyone know where I can get replacements

Your local PHRF organization will handicap you. US Sailing.org will show you national hi,lo, and average ratings.

Worst Marine and efender among others sell bladders.

I have a dockmate across the fairway with one. Sails like a banshee when I've seen him out, singlehanded.

While you can get bladders, you should serioulsy consider hard plastic tanks. RONCO makes a wide variety of them. Bladders eventually chafe and could leak unless well supported.

I would love to get hard tanks but they would need to be custom made. Not sure where to get that done. I am hoping that some manufacturer will have a template for this.

Ronco makes so very many tanks that you may be surprised to find that they make one that will fit for you. Why ignore a potential source? Given them a call and see before you go off searching for something that may not be necessary. Good luck.

If you have the standard boat, the NE-PHRF is 105. Sadly for you the lowest of all the reporting fleets! You get credit for shoal draft or short mast.
