Anyone know a good SF Bay Area fabricator for davits&canvas?

I am looking to have a SS frame for solar panels built for my Hunter 466 and I want to frame to also have built in Davits for the dinghy. Also I would add some full canvas around the new frame.

Does anybody have anybody in the Bay Area they can recommend?

Roger, also occurred to me that there is a good metal fab shop in Grand Marina. You could also try Svendson's in Alameda Marina. I'm sure KKMI could fit you up, too. Try the ads in Latitude 38.

When we were preparing to head south to Mexico in 2010 we had our canvas replaced by Kissinger Canvas - Steve did a very professional job - his work is flawless & he suggested upgrades for rigidity for offshore sailing which we did. He shows up when he says he will & completes the job on time with no surprises - I would highly recommend him. Now still in Mexico in 2014 the canvas stills fits perfectly & looks awesome.

I installed a 1-1/4" diameter Garhauer Marine dinghy davits. It was relatively low cost. It holds a 9-6" dinghy with a motor and appears strong enough for solar panels.

Tom, at Cover Craft in Richmond did both my dodger and Bimini with rack over top for my 2 solar panels. Excellent work and a good price in my opinion. Located at KKMI.
