anyone fitted a gas locker on the vega

has anyone fitted inside a locker a gas box if so would like to know
how and where to fit...here in the algarve not suitable to have gas
bottle on the deck so want it out of the sun.
any ideas would help....
also does anyone have the profile to make a tiller extension for the
curved tiller.
