passport 37

yes, I am out here! We have a 1985 37' Passport. We just purchased it last june and sailed it from Juneau to seward, Alaska. I have only come across one other couple with a passport 37' online. They actually have a pretty cool web site featuring their boat at http://www.homestead.com/ysail/janindex.html My brother and I researched boats for nearly two years before deciding on this one and we have absolutely no regrets. I love this boat. Next time i am online at home I will try and post a picture. There are actually two Passport 40's in seward, but I believe we are the only 37'in the state. Kind of cool, I think. Good to hear from another Passport sailor. Travis

Almost out there

We are almost out there sailing a Passport. We are expecting delivery in Feb.2006 of our new Passport 515cc Vista. In May we leave for England and Europe. Very exciting and can't wait. The boats name will be Tintagel if you see us, stop by

Out there from in here

We have finished the first stage of am involved refit of a 1987 Passport 40, S/V Fathom. We plan on leaving in two years for the South Pacific for a 2 year voyage. Right now my girlfriend is busy being a commercial pilot and I am busy being a desk jockey - getting the cruising kitty together and paying for the second phase of the refit. During that time we will take a few months off in the summer to make it up to the Gulf Islands. Good luck.
