I am in a process of replacing all my thru hulls below water line. Attached pictures shows something that appears to go thru hull because there is some kind of a metal plate on the other side. It apears to be part of the refrigeration system as it seams like connected to the compressor. I'm trying to figure out what this is so i can determine if i need to take it apart to reseal to prevent any leaks in the future. Any advice is much appreciated.
Anybody knows what this is (1989 Hunter 35.5 Legend)

If those are coolent lines, then that is the heat exchange plate. If those are electric lines, then I'm going to guess (only a guess) that it is a lighting ground plate.
