I went to West marine with the old stops ....

and was able to purchase them off the shelf, the ones they had were a slightly different shape, but worked great. Not sure if they were schaeffer or harken. Regards. Bruce Neon Moon

Maybe Schaefer

I just bought 2 for my '88 Legend 37. The traveller is clearly marked as a Schaefer. Trouble is, that the ends of thew traveller are close up to a vertical combing, so I have to completely remove the traveller (15 thru-bolts) to put the caps on. It came out quite easily. Now I've cleaned it up and have to re-install it. BTW, the endcaps cost $19 each for the 1 1/2" size. www.schaefermarine.com

check with Hunter.

Paul: You may want to check with Hunter. They sometimes have better prices on parts (when they have them in stock).
