With my 260 sitting on the trailer there is no weight at all on the keel. I thought that just a little weight might stop it vibrating around. How is yours set up?

Too much weight

Recent posts concerning cracks around mast because of load pushing up on compression post had me worried, so I put rubber shims between the brackets and the boards. I noticed my H240 centerboard support bunk is bowed down and cracked. Probably still too much weight but these crappy Magic Tilt trailers have no means to make an adjustment. All of the supports are drilled at a preset (and wrong) location. Who made your trailer?

Mine was

custom built in Fremantle Western Australia. It is of course twin axle and is very well made. Over engineered. It was hot dipped (galvanised) and then the wheels etc were bolted on. Should last for years.
