Need to rebuild the manual bilge pump. Pump is mounted behind the starboard side of the cockpit combing and is mounted with stand-offs. My problem is that the standoffs are Aluminum and the screws are steel. After 23 yrs of salt and fresh water, the screws are stuck. Any suggestions to free'em is appreciated.
