When they commissioned my boat, someone must of walked through a glob of 5200 and then walked all over my non-skid. I never noticed last year because it was white, but now it's dirty and looks like hell. I've tried acetone, but it will take me all summer long to get it all off. No one seems to have any experience the the 5200 remover. Will it hurt the gel coat? Any words of wisdom? Thanks. Mark Johnson

Heard that it works

Mark: I have heard that it works. The ones that complained that it did not work said that they could not get it on the 5200 surface. I had posted something about this stuff several weeks ago. I think you should search the archives. Did you find out how to drink the muffler? Steve Dion

Call customer Service

Mark, Call Eddie Breedan or Greg and explain what happened. If they don't know how to clean it they'll find out and call you back. Plus isn't your boat new? That means it's a warranty issue and they'll take care of cleaning it too! Springs almost here! ;-) Bob Knott H380

Finally found the 5200 remover..

all along I thought this stuff was made by 3M, well it's not. It's call anti-bond 2015, made by JWB Enviromental down in Florida. I talked to the guy and he claims it works! We'll see! He is sending me a sample to try. I'll let you know. Mark Johnson
