Any information on the 1985 Helms 32?

Anyone familiar with the Helms 32? I'm looking at one this week and this one in particular is a 1985 model. I've been told there were only about 10 of these built. There is extremely limited information online about these or even the company at all. Any insight would be helpful as to the construction, quality etc...

Limited information n the internet. Looks similar to other sailboats of that size and year, i.e., Hunter 31. A good survey will confirm its construction quality and mechanical and electrical functionality. No doubt you already saw these links below.

Yea not much information at all. I've read some good reviews around the build quality of the Helms 27 which they built quite a few more of. The numbers with respect to the 32 if accurate are actually pretty good and would seem to present a slightly sturdier boat than a Catalina 30 or O'day 322 which are the other two boats I've looked at recently.
